useless driving lessons, company won't resolve!!

Bought my son driving lessons for his birthday in Feb, paid by debit card over the telephone to drive dynamics. Problem is instructor is useless - constantly cancelling, turning up late, not really teaching him anything, now refusing to allow him to book once a fortnight even tho website says that is the minimum. Still have 4 lessons paid for that have to be kept for test week, although not sure if that will ever transpire.

After contacting them they state the contract is now with the instructor as stated in the T & C's which were emailed to me at the time of booking - which they were not - and cannot give me a refund as they have full-filled their side of the contract. I do not want a refund and have never asked for one, i just want appropriate lessons for my son, with a decent instructor, which i have paid for!! Not really sure what else i an do now, any help gratefully received!
