Mortgage for 69 year old

Having sold my property in order to move to a quieter, pleasanter area I need an extra £30 - 40,000 to do this. I will be 70 next month, am very fit and healthy - am I able to get a mortgage for 10 years, or any mortgage for any length of time?

Theres nothing in your post that makes you unplace-able (is that a word?)
But to be fair theres nothing in your post other than you want a mortgage to age 80 next birthday.
Shouldnt be a problem for a good broker.
