icanpayu/lewis group/robinson way

Hi I have a ccj for Next directory which I have been paying online and is down to around £200. I have just been redirected from the icanpayu site to Robinson Way ,tried to log in but non of my details work. Went onto live chat ,gave him my details and all he could find was an old paid off debt .They have not been given the ccj account and said to ring Next .Is that right would it have been passed back to them ,want to make sure before i ring the 0333 number

Thanks , luckily I have managed to find a letter with the ccj number on as I have no other details for the Next account ,hopefully that will be enough0

Next have said they cant locate any details and to ring the lewis group/ howard cohen .That just puts me through to Robinson Way who cannot locate the debt lol , she did say to ring back next week incase its not yet on the system but I would have thought if they had taken it over they would have written and let me know? Just have to wait and see what happens0
