5. One winner will be chosen from all qualifying entries by a team of judges from Global after 11:59pm on Thursday 19th June 2104. Judging will be based on the following criteria:
• Most memorable experience.
• Most plausible.
• Most suitable to share with a group of friends.
6. Global will contact the Winner via phone or email within 7 working days of winning the prize. Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or over at the time of entry. Entrants requesting an element of international travel as a part of their prize must be in possession of a valid passport and must not be subject to any conditions on their ability to travel internationally, including but not limited to health-related restrictions. All guests of the winner are subject to the same conditions. Entrants are responsible for arranging their own visas where required.
8. Entrants who offer an idea that includes any activities that are deemed as inappropriate, illegal, anti-social or in any way unsuitable will be removed.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
10. The Promoter of this competition is Global.
11. The Prize Provider of this competition is Element London Ltd.
12. The Prize Provider will provide an experience for the Winner to the value of £10,000.00. This will include up to £2,000 cash allocated for spending money.
13. Global will appoint their Prize Provider, Element London Ltd, to act as the winner’s personal travel advisor who will provide expert and impartial advice to create a tailored prize experience including travel, accommodation, excursions and other activities (the “Itinerary”), however the itinerary will be at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. The prize experience must be booked through the Prize Provider and once an itinerary has been agreed with the winner any transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the itinerary will be at the expense of the winner.
14. The prize experience must be booked within one year of winner notification and once booked any amendments will be at the expense of the winner.
15. No cash alterative will be offered although the prize experience may include up to £2,000 cash allocated for spending money.
16. Winner and companion(s) are responsible for obtaining a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to their chosen destination(s) at their own expense. The winner must also make sure that the travelling party has any required vaccinations, health certificates and other documentation necessary to complete the itinerary at the time of travel.
17. Where hotel accommodation is included in the prize experience the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotels for security deposit purposes.
18. Where the prize experience involves foreign travel, travel insurance must be taken out prior to travel. Element London Ltd will provide travel insurance for ALL activities covered in the itinerary planned. Any activities undertaken within the experience that are outside of the itinerary planned may not be covered.
19. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover where they would not be covered by this insurance including without limitation for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 74 years or over. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the policy is adequate for their needs.
20. The Prize Provider will not organise travel to countries or areas where the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office advise against travel.
21. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
22. Prior to booking the itinerary the Prize Provider will inform the winner of any age restrictions and other terms and conditions that may apply to individual elements of the itinerary. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to such further terms and conditions including without limitation applicable health and safety guidelines.
23. As this prize is entrant-defined, we reserve the right to confirm specific terms and conditions once the competition has closed. These will relate to, but are not limited to, flight times, dates, and travel category, hotel room specifics, restrictions on dates for travel, age-restrictions on certain activities, activities not covered by liability insurance. Once the prize has been defined against the provided budget, the winner will be provided with a complete set of terms and conditions to which they must agree before the prize can be claimed and booked.
24. Prize must be redeemed in one transaction. This prize is not transferrable. It is redeemable only by the person who is chosen as winner by Global based on whether their answer is the most memorable, most plausible and most suitable to share with a group of friends.
25. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize for one that is of equal or greater value to the one stated.

I've tried to enter this for a couple of days now, in Chrome and IE.

I've filled in all the boxes, (by typing in case it's a robo issue.)
Checked all boxes ticked, (Even unticked them to check the shading meant "Yes," only to get a "Read & agree T&Cs message.)
I still have 5 characters left in the message...
Tried post code with & without a space....

Any other ideas please?
