    Morning all.

Taking it easy today. I have a splitting headache and feeling very tired.

Slow cooker tea I think, DD has done the majority of the washing up but the slow cooker pot still needs an extra clean (full of grey marks from metal utensils which makes it hard to see if its properly clean :o) so I'll do that soon, then I'm going to paint my window. I've finally finished assembling the poster print out. Annoyingly the bit I want is just slightly over 3 A4 pages landscape high, (the text part DD wants to include is just over 3 A4 sheets in landscape side by side which goes underneath the bit I want) but the way its printed out is 6 A4 high by 3 A4 wise. This may prove interesting to put up on the window :rotfl:

Not sure what else I'll do today, I've sorted a wash load out (finished it off in the TD as it had been on the maiden overnight) and work have emailed to confirm they made an error so have re-credited me the £70+ they charged me :D Just waiting on my up-liner to confirm something so I can start planning for September ;) Off to finish my drink

Home again. Back to work woman is on jury duty next week so I won't see her again til 2nd July :j
I went to the bank for my mum then realised I forgot to bring DD1's bank card to get her driving license money out  So the dog and I will have to walk down to the village in a bit.
My bed throw and 2 of the sofa throws are now on the line. I seem to have lost the 3rd sofa throw
DW on, I now need to find some more washing to put on as the weather's so lovely.
DD1's chameleon took a locust from my hand this morning :D I've never managed to get her to do it when I'm on my own with her before so I'm chuffed, maybe she doesn't hate me after all :)
Off to find washing and lunch . . .

I'm off outside to mince the grass and try to tame the weeds. I'm. Hoping I can remove DH's goji berry plant which is a monster but does get spiky! Let's see how I get on eh?!

Whites washed and out on the lines including my 1 tog summer duvet, 4.5 tog fevver superking sized duvet now twirling in the WM. I think I'll try the two pillows next and take the poppery 9 tog to the laundrette tomorrow when I make a delivery to the scrap store. Dy$ons collected and dining room done - the ball one is superlight and will be perfect for OH who whinges about heavy uprights but won't use a cylinder. Tip run completed after I'd collected the dy$ons - the chap on the gate eyes lit up when he saw them on the back seat.

I've just tried a Hugh Fernley-Witt recipe from Three Good Things - potato, swede egg - to get the swede and left over mash scraps out of the freezer to make room for summery stuff. He's absolutely right, it's an stunner of a recipe even for someone who isn't wild about swede. Almost worth going out and buying another swede so I can have it again it was so delish. (I'm going to resist.)

Still trying to get the tar off the shower room mat. Sometimes I wonder if having lodgers is too expensive to bother with. The house smells of eycalyptus oil.
    Better is good enough.

Thanks so much for the list - not done much flying for ages, but with museum baby number 3 due next month I definitely want to try and straighten the house before then. OH has been working away most of last month, so we are very much behind - and have guests this weekend . DS in nursery today for first day to myself for many many months, so have had rest, now done an hour on our bedroom. I love it when it's clean and tidy, makes for a much more restful environment!
