Has anyone used the gadget that shines a light into your nostrils? It sounds awfully weird, but since I have a bad reaction to steroid nasal sprays like Beconase and Nasonex, I'd love a non-drug treatment for my year round hay fever.
I have this, can't work out yet if it has made much difference it is very strange at first it makes you look like rudolph for three minutes so you will want to be alone when you use it :rotfl:

Use Juniper Oil - put it on a hankie and sniff it throughout the day and also sprinkle a few drops on your pillow at night.
Works a treat
I can't take any of the prescription meds for hayfever, they make me more ill than the hayfever. The juniper oil is the recognised aromatherapy treatment and it does work.0 -
