I have this, can't work out yet if it has made much difference it is very strange at first it makes you look like rudolph for three minutes so you will want to be alone when you use it :rotfl:
I bought mine for 14.99 from lloyds chemist it is very small and compact little bigger than a box of matches.

Use Juniper Oil - put it on a hankie and sniff it throughout the day and also sprinkle a few drops on your pillow at night.

Works a treat

I can't take any of the prescription meds for hayfever, they make me more ill than the hayfever. The juniper oil is the recognised aromatherapy treatment and it does work.
