I have already posted about Natwest who are not playing fair after giving me an offset mortgage facility. They are now intending to re-credit score me because I want to draw out some funds I had temporarily overpaid (intentionally - it seemed like a safe place to keep the funds at the time). Read the small print re your account changes they told me! They send literally hundreds of leaflets a year.
On top of that, they can't even start the process until Monday and I've been ringing them persistently without getting through since Thursday. Not happy. Beware - an offset mortgage is not what it says on the tin!0 -
