First National / GE Money mortgages - help please

has anyone got a mortgage through these? i just wanted to know what the timescale is from them recieving your application to a offer

    I have a mortgage with ge money home lending and sorry to say they mess about something chronic, took over two months for an offer and they still messed the address of the house to be mortgaged up. I am in the process of re-mortgaging at the moment and abbey who I am going with said they are holding everything up and wont send a settlement figure out. Gotta say I would not reccomend these lot to anyone.
