I know I have neglected MSE for a long time now, and not often on here either. I am that involved in the rescue of Romanian dogs from the horrors in their country that it takes all my time and effort.

I've got a pointless fact about horse poo that can explain it, under the Kings charter (dating 100+ years old) horses are free to leave excrement where ever they go. The law bit is so vague that households that horses can do their business where they decide eg Houses, Supermarkets eve the Palace is not exempt from the rule. Only reason I know this is because I was an Environment, Parking & Community support guy & we went on a 2 day course on the issuing of Penalty Notices under the environmental laws & I asked that exact question

*** off T&M - when their stuff is OK its great but they are a right pain in the arris when plants are delivered dead/dying/squashed etc ! They don't answer email or letters and only respond grudgingly on face book. They owe me refunds and don't want to cough up - a bit late asking me for photos of dead plants now that I first complained about in early May ! Even my postlady was complaining that she had several more wet and squashed, very flimsy packs to deliver after she dropped mine off. Looking at their BB page its clear that they have upset quite a few people. Personally, they can shove their free postage and £5 vouchers up their arris !
