    Oh joy......football again.....CS...that's a fabulous shade. It'll look great.

Anyone found anything of value in the JL sale?:)

    :rotfl:
I thank you anyway as I've just found this post, to link in to what I'm going to say... oh no:(:rotfl::rotfl:.

Is anyone really interested in the World Cup football now (I would have written "W.C." but goodness knows what that would stand for:D)? The tennis starts day after tomorrow. I must admit I don't really watch Wimbledon (despite the wombling:D) - but, no, the tennis I don't get interested in it - obviously if it's something where Andy Murray is winning though or becomes sort of "news" as well, then I'll hear about it. I think it's because, being on every year, it's not so 'special', whereas W.C.:D is every four years. Yet that doesn't stop me watching the Eurovision Song Contest each year:eek:. (And the Olympics, which I wasn't much into, every four years?) I guess it's just each to our owns...

Btw, I didn't say so before the Italy match, but I thought that Costa Rica might win. In fact :eek:they might even win vs England on Tuesday. Costa Rica might even win the Cup! I'll go with them( in respect of Tuesday). Who's everyone now supporting to win the Cup?

I shouldn't say this, so I will:p:D but I :eek:did enjoy seeing the faces of the England team members tonight. Wayne Rooney looked ashen-faced, or maybe it was disappointed? He said he was 'disappointed', although I've no idea... I suspect I'm totally wrong and someone can tell me what his face actually showed.

I think I just like seeing the faces of people that lose as much as I like seeing the moments of people triumphing. I also like seeing it when people or things that I don't like fail to succeed(:T), although I wouldn't say that of the England team. But - schadenfraude in me - I do enjoy it when other people are upset. (:rotfl:Not all the time I hasten to add. I don't like making others upset - indeed go out of my way to try to ensure they are not - and I think I think about avoiding upsetting others far far more than anyone thinks about upsetting me or others - and I'm always :o:onever sure how to react to calm down a situation if someone else is upset and I just take a sideline away from the whole situation and let the 'experts' (i.e. everyone else) deal with comforting their colleague or whomever.)

England could even lose on Tuesday. The Costa Ricans have beaten everyone they've played in the competition so far. In fact, in a way :eek::eek: it would be better if England lost as it wouldn't be as good if they were to win and would make better television if they did not.

:eek:It feels like Monday today. I haven't felt it was like Saturday at all. I think, with Fiona Bruce being on earlier in the week than Fridays, and with the news being on later in the day in the last couple of days, that's what's put me out daywise.

I'd like George Alagiah to get back soon. I always seem to like the underdogs - whoever hasn't been on very often. So it would certainly be nice to see him back and hope best wishes and good luck for his recovery (I don't even know the man:rotfl:, but no...it's only human).

Same with Kate Silverton. To be honest - as only I ever could be:D - I don't really like Kate Silverton that much (but then :eek:I never really liked many of the ones that seemed to be chosen for breakfast) but now she's not been on for a short time (she's on maternity leave btw), I'm wanting her to be back!:rotfl::rotfl::)

Wrong Potatoes:p. Should have bought Red Potatoes 2.5kg - works out cheaper than their £1 for 1kg:rotfl::rotfl:.

Not sure, it was a womble.
