Morning everyone, sun is out here for the moment, not meant to last though.
    Congratulations Nannylala

OH saw a female pheasant by the side of the road last night which looked like it had been hit by a car, by the time he could turn and go back to it a crow was on its back attacking it so he lifted it and brought it home and put it in the shed overnight. This morning it has laid an egg but it is still having trouble breathing properly so we are off on a 2 hour round trip to nearest wildlife sanctuary with pheasant and egg all wrapped up cosy in a box. I hope they can save it.

We are lucky, our sanctuary is only 10 mins drive away. We have a red insulated bag in the car known as the duck bag and any wildlife we collect is transported in it :D

Continuing my looking for articles on autism every other day:o, I've noticed this:

I'd be grateful for any links to articles on teaching children with Autism and/or Asperger's Savvy. In particular, if you, Fairclaire or anyone else with special knowledge/insight have any tips on teaching children with Autism/Asperger's to read it would help me and a little boy of 8 who is really struggling.

Good morning everyone, on this super sunny Sunday.

Don't forget it's Open Farm Sunday today, lots of local farms open to entertain the little ones.

Here's a link to help you find a farm near you.:)

We can not decide if we like the air wicks or not. Had to remove from living room yesterday. I have blocked half of the top up and only left 2 twigs in and just put it back. They are SO strong. Hoping it will settle down. Does anyone know how long they last? Does the smell last until all of the liquid evaporates?

I would like to know as well how long they last:o
