Re: the sada reeds and cancelled accounts. I did my first CC order yesterday. DH wanted chewing gum, so I left him (with no instruction) to collect with car and I popped in store. No gum that he wanted.
Came down the Reeds aisle and saw loads on top shelf.
Met up with DH, he said some of the order isn't in stock, it was 4 reeds, yet I'd just passed it ?????
Went to CS to ask why all my order wasn't processed because there was clearly enough on top shelf.
He offered to go get a step, get some down for me and I could pay him a CS desk.
By now DH missing footie, came back in and saved me by saying fed up of wait and asked for a full refund on fillers (for some unknown reason?).
I asked why is it the picker hadn't seen them on top shelf I hadn't had subs. Another guy came along going off CC shift and said there is a price compare 'Issue' with the reeds!
We stropped off with our filler refund thanks to DH who has no idea of glitching, but was peed off about missing footie so said take it all back LOL!

it's not your fault they haven't bothered updating the price on their website :whistle: they've had long enough :eek:
