    A firm "No" and turn your back, avoid eye contact. If he continues, lead back on and go back home - play time over. You have to be top dog and assertive in everything you do. Top dog eats first so you eat something as long as he sees that then you feed him. All bad behaviour has to ignored by everyone and you have to be consistent. Good luck.

    Always praise, make a fuss when he does good :)

    The two dogs that we have were trained the same way but Bertie took a lot more time.

    Do you have any advice on barking in the garden please? It doesn't bother us, but worried it will annoy the neighbours :o
