    Will he be getting a mortgage? If so, the bank or whoever will almost certainly insist on searches etc being done by a solicitor as a condition of the mortgage being given.
    Note, I am not an expert on this, just advising from experience.

    A small glitch on Jus rol pastry sheets. On offer at 2 for £2 which isn't showing on mysuper or on the apg

    mhoc - cat may need a bum squeeze as could have blocked anal glands. My cat Patrick used to pull his hair out & groom himself excessively bald on his back end when they needed emptying :)
