I have been back to Ladbrokes "a few" times having closed and then opened a new account a little while later with a different email address and payment card (casino). I always decline the bonus offers though (TCB is my aim!) so they cannot accuse me of bonus abuse. Some of them spot new accounts and block as their T&Cs state only one account per household (and count your account even when closed as a duplicate even with new email and debit card, as some "never" actually close them, just switch off access and say you should contact them to re-open the account).
