Those attempts at "strikes" in the thread title are going to get more annoying than the chicken Christmas in June was getting. Wish I was only on the old thread now:rotfl:.

Thank you Sal and thanks to Savvy for the new thread.

The way i see it you have two options

    1. Start another thread.
2 change the title of this one ;)
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

Right, now my hourly search for "Asperger" on the internet:rotfl:.

    http://spooool.ie/features/writer-in-residence/9159-stephen-totterdell-towards-asperger-cinema

The full article before it gets to this point is well worth reading IMO. As usual, I pick out what is not the gist of the item.

Except that the thing isn't letting me copy and paste quote it so I'm going to have to type it all out:mad::rotfl::

"In Punch Drunk Love Paul Thomas Anderson flips Baumbach’s approach on its head and attempts to portray an Asperger worldview from the inside out. Barry Egan – as played by Adam Sandler – has a limited existence. His superpower is the ability to nitpick and recognise loopholes in coupon schemes. His sensory overload is demonstrated for the viewer with the film’s surreal soundtrack. He is, like the others I mentioned, an !!!!!!!."

(Such a shame over those exclamation points - my favourite word in the entire quote. Such a nice collection of letters.)

I knew I had something to share with you :D

DS2 emailed Walkers (crisps) the other night. To complain about the fact that they don't do steak and onion flavour (his favourite) anymore and to complain about the contents of the meaty variety pack.
He pointed out to them that prawns were shellfish and not meat. He also said that he thought having 2 different bacon varieties in the pack was 'stupid', then went on to tell them that smoky bacon was fine but bacon and cheese was not to his taste.
He then reminded them that cheese is a dairy product and not meat.

He finally told them that he has been reduced to eating McCoys meaty variety packs, which are not as good as Walkers used to be, but at least are all meaty.

The email had been sent before he told me and I'm dying to see the reply :D

Not yet. I have an appointment but it's not until August. It's classed as non-urgent and as I'm in no hurry, I'm happy to wait :o

Actually I wanted to ask anyone who has had the pupil dilation thing done.....does it make your eyes water? I might need to make an eye make up adjustment if it does  I can't go without
I have never went out anywhere without my slap on since I was about 14 :o:D

The drops are yellow so you will need to dab your eyes afterwards with a tissue.
