Bless, I do think that as a mum we need therapy to help us come to terms with the children growing up.

The first time one of mine had a girl stay overnight, I received therapy from a wonderful colleague. Now I just count the shoes at the bottom of the stairs to see how is in the house and do not worry.

She will come home fine, so relax and plan some nice activities to keep yourself occupied (I have to admit DS3 is going with his girlfriends family... and I am a little jealous, I wish he was coming on holiday with me)
