Yes we did thanks Bubbs. He's got a new card sorted out, not that he's used it yet. I think he's too scared :o :rotfl: That'll soon change when he wants some fishing gear or a trainer fix (he's addicted to buying trainers!)

Good:T:T:T how is he doing, is he back home?

My local Express seems to sell the Finest items in the meal deal, but doesn't advertise them as being a meal deal.

Has anyone tried where it's not actually been advertised in the store?

    Thanks :)

Still works as of 20 minutes ago... knew as soon as I walked in, shelves were empty! Managed to find the last of everything scattered about :rotfl:

The finest meal deal items that I saw in our T earlier were not specific to the meal deal....and seemed to be on some sort of seperate offer, cant remember what but along the lines of 2 for £x or 3 for 2

I think the problem is finding the exact things that constitute the items in the meal deal...whilst I found some of the mains,I couldnt see the wine stocked etc...
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Thanks, that's what the offer was in my store - all on 2 for £6 etc. Might go and risk it in a minute.....!

Yes he is, he's still having treatment but only once a week now. The 'intensive' part is done. He still has his down days but he's better than he was. Him and my new house guest get on very well :) they've been spending a fair bit of time together

    Well done PD :T

They must have fixed it in mine, called in on my way out this afternoon but scanned at £10. Hey ho, I have no room now for any more of the food anyway, I would have been distributing it around the neighbours :rotfl:

Has anyone seen the calorie content of the desserts, the cheesecakes are 400 or so per slice :eek::eek:
