Has anybody had this happen to them. I collected a C & C order from A's this morning. When they brought it out to me the hand held thing had crashed so I could not sign for the order. This was a t 8.15am. I have just had a look and my order says it is still waiting collection.

Has this happened to anybody and if it has what happened.

Yes aprilshower, I've collected early orders without signing for it, even collected without getting a printed receipt as the store hadn't yet printed it off.

Your order will eventually go to 'collected' just a matter of being patient
