I don't know if others are better but we bought a samsung smart tv and it is a pain in the @rse to use the apps etc. Particularly the internet browser It takes so long using the remote to move the cursor around that I never use it.

He needs to think about how he is going to connect it first, has he got WiFi? Or does he need it cabled in? If it is WiFi he might have to pay extra for a dongle, if he'd is going to have it cabled he needs a cable from his rounter to the TV. Once it is all connected it is fairly easy to get on the net, but I have never gone further than that with a smart TV.

Yes he has wifi he uses computer:T

Looking at the steaks in Tesco to use my Orchard coupons, I spied packs of 2 x Sirlion steaks which on the SEL were half price from £20 a kg to £10 a kg, all the packs were £20 a kg, so I bought 2 packs priced £12.00ish and £11.00ish and used the Orchard MOCs and then got DTD!!! Might be worth a look.

    Anyone in glasgow?

The new coffee shop on Gordon Street (cunningly named "Gordon Street") has launched an app and when you register on it you can get a free coffee

The app is very helpfully called "Gordon Street" :rotfl:

Tosco has started it's current Account. Pays 3% on Balances up to £3,000. need to fund it with £750 per month. Which of course can be the same money just used for moving around between other paying accounts and take out next day.

Quick to sign up if already have a Tosco saver and are logged in.
Not brilliant rate, but better than 1.3% in the Saver.

I mentioned yesterday but Glade 2 in 1 Tropical Twist & Citrus Splash candle is £7 online, reduced to £3 instore. Matches against M at £3 on MSL (showed as an offer until 8/6 yesterday but £3 showing as M normal price today.

May be a useful target as £4.30 return for £3 spend on C and C or HD?

Has anyone tried this one yet please as appears profitable?
