Not the best start to my road trip. Arrive at T's and realise I'm without my coupon wallet  _pale_
so much for treating myself today. Window shopping it is!
Ive forgotten what a coupon wallet is.
For years and years I always went out with three concertina folders - Asda one, Tesco one and a mixed on. Then I went to 2 folders and now its 4 normal size zipped pencil case that go into my handbag“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
I tried the liquid aloe vera when I was in my teens for the same reason. I think it helped a bit, but stopped working after a few months. Also, it tasted VILE, even when added to orange juice it was still a case of 'hold your nose and down it'! It's got to be worth a try though, it's an awful condition and doesn't get taken seriously enough if you ask me. I'd also HIGHLY recommend seeing another doctor, as refusing to treat him at that age is totally unfair, and I can't see why that would be the case. Obviously I'm not a doctor so there could be a reason, but it's worth asking for a second opinion at least.
Thanks for that, have heard a few different reports about it working, then stop working after a few months.
I am so annoyed at docs really, he suffers with migraines alot and misses school every 3 - 4 months for a few days because they come so bad, and yet the docs cant do anything or give him anything for that either due to his age, and now possibility of having IBS, has all the symptoms and again, cant do anything due to his age, the poor thing has got to suffer until he turns 16, we have seen a few different docs, because I thought the first one was fobbing us off.0 -

Oh that is rubbish
It's interesting though that he has migraines too, as they're both quite often seen as stress-related conditions, at least to some extent. I know it's easy to say 'just relax', but if the medical side of things can't/won't be looked at just yet, then maybe researching stress-relieving techniques might at least help at bit? I know some people recommend yoga/pilates or similar as gentle exercise can help IBS symptoms, as well as the relaxing/meditation/deep breathing aspect of it. I used to miss days of school with it too0 -
