... Because of this I've decided to come clean and say yes I believe I do have Asperger Syndrome because I don't want people to think I was hiding it because I'm ashamed, I'm not. I don't see Aspergers as a disability, I see it as being different. I hid my true self from people all my life because I didn't know why I was different but more recently since I found out why I was different I've hidden it because of people's reactions because I don't have a diagnosis :(

I have seen the doctor and currently awaiting an assessment from a psychologist who will refer me to the next stage, so I'm hoping a diagnosis will not be too far away.

    Good morning everyone :)

Good morning Evangeline and well done for being true to yourself. There will always be sceptics and doubters, especially when someone has a 'hidden' illness, disability or condition. My dh has a serious heart condition and often feels people think he's a shirker when nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, he made his condition a lot worse by refusing to slow down and get medical help earlier. He worries about what people think about him when he can't do some of the things he used to be able to do so I constantly tell him (I think I read it on here in someone's signature) 'Those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter!'

I'm sure that it will be such a relief for you once you get a diagnosis and you don't feel as if you have to hide your true self any more. Good luck with it all.

    Good morning:wave:

Turning out to be quite a nice day here:j the sun is shining, the birds are singing and the washing is blowing in the breeze...(could summer be here?)said in a whisper so as not to scare the sunshine:)

I'm doing my first @ home delivery for tomorrow so fingers crossed the candles are still working nicely. They will be great for the school fair:)

Just been to a&e with DD... She hurt her toe at her party yesterday and its a bit bruised and swollen today:(... She's ok though not much they can do apparently as broken toes and sprained toes have the same treatment... Basically not a lot. So she's now at school.

I need to do a C&C today as I have £18 worth of e-vouchers that expire tomorrow. Does anyone think the reeds will still work today?
You get the APG comparison very quickly, usually within a couple of hours, but I have had them a couple of times before I have even taken delivery

You then request the vouchers in the same way as for instore shops - on that page there is a button for online shops - and the vouchers take a day or so to appear in your account. When you checkout the vouchers are listed on the page and you just click to add the ones you want to use on that shop.

Vouchers last a month, but if you place an order and then cancel it, the vouchers are recredited and the month runs from that point, so you can extend the life of vouchers pretty much indefinitely if you need to.

Oh, and if you pick a delivery slot for say late afternoon, you will probably know by then if a glitch is still working. If it isn't, you can just send the items back with the driver.

Sure TM mentioned this recently but couldn't find her post :o so had to go back further :D Excellent memory for useless info!
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
