Commerciatl mortgage - transaction charges on the business account

Hi i wonder if anyone can help. as we have a business attached to a home when we got the mortgage it had to be a commercial mortgage and part business loan. The rep also set up a business bank account, where all the mortgage payments and bank charges come from. My question is - is it a requirement to have the business account if one has a commercial mortgage / business loan. They are charging us for pretty much every transaction and i want to get rid of that account and just use my 'normal' free account?
Thank you in advance

If the business account was a condition of the loan advance then yes would the answer.
Unlike personal accounts business banking isn't always free.0 -
