Hi all,
Normally have the patience of a saint but with this mortgage application im a nightmare.
Natwest app in at beginning of week afyer received AIP and credit checks complete. Anyway its currently with underwriter who requested proof of consistency in overtime.....absolutely fine as it been consistent for years so more payslips and p60 submitted. Also requested info on where deposit is from again this is fine as have equity which is what we are using.
Am I worrying about nothing as we wont find out until next week. I asked if there was anything else required and apparently not. Has anyone had a similar situation arise and experience of this.
I suppose at least everything is being closely looked at .
So so nervous!!!

If you went via a broker we would have requested these upfront as it is fairly standard.

If you enter something on the application which has a material bearing. Then this fact will need to be verified. A lender is potentially advancing you thousands of pounds. So is merely performing due diligence.0 -
