  • So you get 99 of them for free? What will you do with them all?

I only got 4 in the end, changed my mind in case they charged me (which they did). Got a refund and made some butter icing with it, it's good for butter icing.

andrewmp, on the basis of your original posts, I ordered 10 to use at a community picnic at school. Tesco charged me for them too, but are now saying I have to physically take them back to the store if I want a refund. How did you get your refund without having to take them back?

You could have given them to the driver to get your refund.

Yeah, I would have done this, but I was at work when the delivery came and the wife didn't know about it.

I just called the customer services and explained, they immediately refunded me and gave me £10 voucher off my next shop to say sorry.

I'd call them again if I was you, say you don't have the means to get to a store, hence why you use online shopping. I've got a screen grab of the offer if you need it, there's no mention made to maximum order etc.
