Hi bit long winded this so will make it as quick as possible.

After going through a pretty !!!!!! divorce, I was still fortunate enough to have enough to purchase my own two bed semi, of course at 51 (At the time) I was kinda restricted over how long I could borrow for a mortgage (I didn't wanna be paying after 65 at best)

Anyhoo I'm looking at raising funds to fit new kitchen, have some very minor building work done (Wall taken down, patio doors fitted) new boiler etc etc, I reckon 15 to 20 grand would hopefully be enough to get it all done but am not sure of best way to raise the funds, I'm guessing maybe try and remortgage but maybe you folk can suggest other ways?

    Income? Outgoings? Debt? Savings?
