The competition featured in 23rd June Metro closes at 10.00am on 27th June, 2014. The winners will be chosen by a team of three at Metro from the entries received and notified by 11.00am on 27th June, 2014. 1x winner of £1,500 and 2x winners of £250. Payable by cheque to winner only.
The winning entry and runner up entries will be used in creative promotion in Metro newspaper. Usual Metro Promotional Rules apply (see metro.co.uk/win). The Editor's decision is final. The promoter is Metro, 2 Derry Street, London W8 5TT.
The promotion is free to enter. You can enter by uploading a picture of a Post-it ® Note with what you would like to make happen to metro.co.uk/post-it. You may enter multiple times, and each entry must be significantly different. You must be 18 or over. Winners will be selected via a panel of judges from Metro and Post-it ® based on images deemed most appropriate for "Make it Happen Monday's". Panel of judges will include at least one member who is independent of the promotion. Winning pictures, including your name, will be featured in Metro between 9th June 2014 – 30th July 2014 and the winners will be notified by phone or email and must reply by within 7 days. Entrants must ensure that any photo submissions are their own to share. Entrants must ensure that any person or persons whose image has been used in the relevant promotion entry has given valid consent for the use of their image or has waived any rights they may have in the images submitted. Failure to adequately demonstrate this consent to Metro's satisfaction may result in the entrant's disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of any prize. The prize is non-transferable. In consideration of Metro granting you a right to enter the promotion, you automatically grants to Associated Newspapers Ltd and Post-It ® Note an irrevocable, exclusive, royalty-free, world wide licence for the full period of copyright to use, alter, adapt or sub-licence such rights to any third party the material submitted by you. You agree to waive any moral rights you may have in the material submitted by you. All entries are printed/displayed at the editor's discretion and may be edited for publication.

You agree to waive any moral rights you may have in the material submitted by you. "

By entering this competition you are allowing them to use your picture in any way that they want, including selling it to someone else and keeping any fee that is paid from now until 75 years after you die, without even saying that you took the picture. You on the other hand cannot sell it or enter it into any other competition or publish it in any way.
