Hi,
Have you checked the date the unrecorded enquiry was made, the reason I ask is I applied for a mortgage on 1st April 14 it was accepted in May 14 however only recently appeared on my credit report the date clearly says 1st April, I have no idea why it's taken this long to appear.0 -

You can have several unrecorded enquiries on a LBG mortgage application. The system re-checks each time an alteration is made and that includes the issue of the offer.
FWIW any time upto completion the case can also be pulled for routine audit, so standard instruction is no changes to credit between application and completion.I am a mortgage broker.
