Ordered a number of girls cloths from the sale only to be told
"I'm sorry to tell you that we have had to cancel the following products from your order: product codes 01038644, 01038569, 01942729 and 06145316. When we went to get the items to pack and despatch at our warehouse, we identified a discrepancy with the quantity our systems had been showing as available. This can happen towards the end of a season or during sale periods as the last few items are misplaced, or get damaged and the system is not updated. thanks for this . Its my dd's birthday in 2 weeks and she wants new clothes so I managed to bag a few bargains that she will love

Just wanted to say,I took advantage of this and ordered some clothes for the kids, only to be told 12 hours after they had accepted the order, that most of the items had sold out (and unlikely to be restocked).

I did buy other items when i was online and I've been told that i will have to wait up to a fortnight for them.

No wonder their on the way down.

Just had the phone call to say most of what I ordered wasn't available. Cancelled the other couple of items, couldn't be arsed ! Shame really.
