Sports Direct cinflict, advice please

Hello, I am new here and need some advice please.
I am in a slight conflict with Sports Direct at the moment.
Ordered both England shirts in the end with a number 1 on. Turned up the other day and the number 1 on the front is under the Nike tick even though it should be in the middle, and they have just printed the Blue Number from the home kit on the yellow one (should be black), and white with red outline from the away shirt on the green one.
Sent them back as it's quite frankly a bit disgusting and they reckon as it's personalised I can't exchange it. A few points... 1. I am pretty sure they have added a note saying each keeper shirt will be printed with said numbers since I have complained, I certainly think I would notice something mentioning that as I would have got the shirts plain otherwise, and they said that on the ID bit it says shirt number positions may vary (which I haven't found yet!). Do I have anyway of getting these !!!!!! to exchange my shirts? I am not saying they have a vendetta or anything ridiculous like that against me, but I certainly think they have altered their webpage because of numerous complaints to "cover their backs" in recent days.
Bloody !!!!ed off at the moment, although not nearly as much as I will be if the same shirts get sent back to me. As an aside, why offer personalisation on a shirt if you don't have the correct items to do it?!
