leaving employment early - remaining hols?

I'll be leaving my employment before my official notice ends (agreed with employer). Am I still entitled to get paid for any holidays I have remaining?

Yes unless your employer insists you use any untaken holiday during the notice period which they are entitled to do if they so wish.

Are you sure they are not counting your accrued holiday so as to reduce your notice period?

I'm not sure tbh, can they do that?

If that is what you have agreed (or they think you have agreed) then yes.

In agreeing to less notice effectively you and they are agreeing a variation to your contract so the terms are whatever both parties agree to.

Also don't forget that you will only get holidays accrued in the current leave year up to the date of leaving - a pro rata amount of holiday for the whole year, less any BH's.
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).
