My phone likes to use full stops instead of spaces sometimes, I type too quickly and it would take forever to go back and change them all, so please excuse them!

To offer a reduced sum in full & final settlement of the debt?
Useful info and a template here https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/factsheets/Pages/24%20EW%20Full%20and%20final%20settlement%20offers/Default.aspxA smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Make sure she doesn't offer more than she can afford. She needs to have moved into new house and got settled in before she know how much she will have left.0
