Settle debts

Hi
I'm asking.on behalf of a friend but she has sold her home and has some.spare money to pay her debts off. I'm.trying.to help her with a letter to offer an amount to each company to settle the debt. Is there a template for this anywhere?
I said I'd help.and turns out I'm rubbish lol
Thanks :)

To offer a reduced sum in full & final settlement of the debt?

Useful info and a template here https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/factsheets/Pages/24%20EW%20Full%20and%20final%20settlement%20offers/Default.aspx

Make sure she doesn't offer more than she can afford. She needs to have moved into new house and got settled in before she know how much she will have left.
