This Caption competition ('Competition') is subject to the following Terms and Conditions ('Conditions') and by entering the Competition you agree to be bound by them.1. This Competition is being run by International Cat Care with the support of Le Petit Chat Malin.
2. Eligibility: This Competition is only open to residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Entrants must be aged 18 or over only (or of legal drinking age in the country from where this competition is being accessed) and excludes employees or agents of International Cat Care or anyone professionally connected to this Competition.
3. To Enter: visit International Cat Care’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/icatcare or go direct to the Competition app: http://woobox.com/7u93ko and submit your caption, in a maximum of 160 characters.
4. This Competition is open from 00.01am on 2nd June 2014 until 11.59pm on 7 July 2014.
5. More than one entry may be submitted per person
6. Entries will be rejected if they:
a. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
b. include the names or similar of any individual without their express permission;
c. disparage International Cat Care or Le Petit Chat Malin or any other person or party affiliated with the competition.
7. Winner Selection: The public will be able to vote for their favourite or funniest caption via International Cat Care’s Facebook page. The top ten captions with the highest number of votes will be shortlisted to be judged by a panel of judges from International Cat Care and Le Petit Chat Malin. The winner will be the entrant whose entry gains the highest scores from the judges.
8. Entries will be judged on the following criteria:
a. Most funny
b. Creativity and originality
c. Relevance
9. The prize will be 1 case of Le Petit Chat Malin wine, containing 6 x 75cl bottles of wine. The Competition winner will be able to choose from red, white or ros!.
10. The winner of the Competition will be notified within 14 days of the closing date via email.
11. In the event that a winner of the Competition is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the prize may be awarded to the next placed entrant.
12. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
13. By entering this Competition you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. International Cat Care reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this competition.
22. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.
24. International Cat Care’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. Details of the winner will be published on International Cat Care’s Facebook page.
26. International Cat Care reserves the right to publish the name and country of residence of the winner.
27. By entering the Competition, the participant agrees to release International Cat Care and Le Petit Chat Malin from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the International Cat Care’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
