myHermes online tracking's never working

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but... myHermes' tracking never works.
Anyone else experienced this? How can I proove an item's been delivered and not been lost in the system? (Its has happened to me with the Royal Mail before where a signed for package got stolen en-route).

We have dealt with Hermes for many years with both sit up tv and now with QVC and have never had a problem with the tracking. This is in the London area {not sure if that changes things} and have run it with AOL,Google and IE so know that at least here there is no problem. I can follow any ordered item from the order being raised through to the time that I sign for the item when delivered.
I would follow the route of requesting proof of sig from your supplier and {as you would know that it is not yours} request the item be re supplied as per your order.
