Hi Katie

The problem I believe you had with the GP game was that you created a team AFTER the FIRST deadline of the season, the deadline for the 1st Grand Prix of the season.

Once this had passed you not only had to SAVE your completed team but you then had to SUBMIT it.

Prior to this 1st deadline you could change your team as many times as you liked (there were no transfer restrictions) BUT to retain any changes you needed to SAVE them.

When the 1st deadline was reached (providing you had a VALID team SAVED) it was AUTOMATICALLY SUBMITTED by RSH.

The same applies to this World Cup Fantasy Football.

As of this moment NOBODY has a team SUBMITTED.
They may have created one, saved it, changed it, saved it again, changed formation from 4-3-3 to 4-5-1 and moved players in & out accordingly and then saved it again.
But it has not been submitted yet - that WILL NOT happen for just under 8 days at this very moment

From the Rules

Up until the team submission deadline of 20:00 BST on Thursday 12th June 2014 there is a free transfer window - until this time, you can shuffle your team around to your heart's content without using any of your transfers. However, any transfers made after this time will be taken from your transfer allocation for that period.

All teams that are completed by the team submission deadline of 20:00 BST on Thursday 12th June 2014 will be submitted automatically. Please note: there will be a transfer lockdown for 10 minutes when the teams are being auto-submitted. You will not be able to make any changes to your team during this time.

Any teams that are incomplete, or entered after the team submission deadline will need to be manually submitted to start scoring points. To do this, first press the 'SAVE' button and then the 'SUBMIT' button which will appear on the team page once your team is FULLY built. If you do not save your changes, your player selections will not be recorded.

reading the FAQ, you will only be awarded £5 each quarter if you are in the winning range. The 2500 points on your account, is this above your ranking on your page? If so, i think it is just your team points, not RSH that can be cashed in.

There is, but a trend on all these games happens. People register and then do not create a team at all or do not submit it. The GP one is a fine example, so even if people just cobble one together at least there is a small chance they can earn points from the start.

Fair enough - personally I'm just giving myself some time to have a think about it (not that I've got much of a clue who to pick at the moment!).

Also, there's still plenty of time for players to get injured before the tournament has even started (eg Oxlade-Chamberlain).
