Interview without skills etc?

I just had one of my typical cringe-fest job interviews, lol
''Tell me about 5 skills that you have''
''Give me 6 key strengths that you have'' etc.
''Give me 2 example of times in your previous jobs where you have added value and have felt a sense of accheivment''
I couldn't really answer any of the questions.
I said I can use PC as a skill and couldn't really think of anything else.
For the last question, I tried to explain that my previous jobs just consisted of loading lorries and stuff. I just do as i'm told by my supervisor.
My question is, for people who don't really have many skills and don't have a list of accomplishments etc, how do you answer these sorts of quetsions?
Should I have just said something like
''I don't have any skills but i'm willing to learn'' or something?
We just spent the whole time looking at each other in slience! lol

you could also say: I have excellent communication skills, I work well within a team and I resolve issues quickly and efficiently whether that be a warehouse issue or issue with a customer dependant on your actual job role.
These are all skills.
Hope this helps!0 -

DAMN!
'Work well within a team' -should have used that. Everyone says that one but it somehow completely slipped my mind!¬
I need to memorise loads of 'skills' (even though I don't feel I have them!) to at least break the silence.
Failing that - I wonder if anyone has ever used an ear piece with someone else who can hear the questions being asked, giving you good anwsers to use?!!0 -

You could surf the internet and find a list of skills and pick out some that would apply to you though you may not be thinking of them yet, it may help you to refresh your memory.
Here is a list of skills that are particularly popular with employers:- Communication
- Teamwork
- Initiative
- Problem solving
- Flexibility
- Computer skills
- Technical skills
