Hi Everyone,

I need to buy some pieces of furniture and was wondering if anyone knew of any good furniture stores in Glasgow - I'm looking for reasonable quality furniture but not too expensive. Thanks.

Regards

Michelle

    Me too

I have looked at several internet sites for my childrens study.

But I am having trouble finding good modern quality furniture.

Linda Reid furnishings have now closed and I dont know where else to look.

Let me know what you find and I will keep you posted

I know - it's difficult! I've looked in the usual places for idea (john lewis, McDonalds etc) but don't want to be paying the prices in those stores!

  • Good quality contemporary furniture at reasonable prices but the high delivery charges for Scotland have always added to the cost until now - Glasgow shop opening on 27th July in Princes Square. See website for details and opening offers.

(I do not work for this company I'm just a satisfied customer).

I bought a solid wood coffee table from the Moroccan furniture shop in the Forge shopping centre. Its 4ft by 3ft and cost 100 pounds. Not bad considering its solid wood. They do coffee tables, side tables, dining tables and chairs, dressers and bookcases (all sizes). Their furniture is either 2 tone (which is lovely, dark and light) or dark finish. All prices are pretty reasonable but you do have to get the items home yourself (they did put the coffee table in the car for me though). The shop is on the top floor of the Forge (Gallowgate entrance) just down from the entrance to the cinema.
CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J
