TV Choice winner but no prize

Hi, I won a TV Choice giveaway but my prize never arrived and the email address in the email I was sent does not work.
I have also been on their website and can't find an alternative email address.
Please can someone let me know what I should do next or is it just tough luck?

When did you win ?
Prizes usually arrive within the normal 28 days of being informed of your win, but can sometimes take longer0 -
I have a similar issue. I was emailed by by Closer Mag that I won a CTW on 9th May but so far haven't received anything and the email I sent a few days hasn't been responded to yet.
Ah well, the 28 days aren't up quite yet.0 -
Try sending a message to them on facebook if they have a page on there.0

The email said that I had won a £50 Yours Clothing voucher.
I have emailed both email addresses on their website as I had only emailed one of them.
Will just have to wait and see...0
