Best Deal Available

I wonder if anyone has any knowledge of any re mortgage deals available that is better than 2.15%. I would be looking for no fees involved if possible.I have a LTV of about 30% and looking to borrow a modest amount of 28k. I am currently with HSBC.

I was looking for a period of 5 years when mortgage will be paid off, not sure £999 would worth my while, what do you think?

A fee-free deal, with free legals and a cashback would suit you best, if such a product exists.

Chasing a rate on a mortgage that size is going to benefit you less than the fees you could pay.
