Lionbridge Ads Assessor role - Proof of English Language competency

Hi, hoping someone can help me here.
I'm thinking about applying for the Lionbridge ads assessor role but it says I need to provide proof of English language competency.
Now, the only actual English qualification i have is the O Level I did getting on for 30 years ago and i have no idea where that certificate is. I have a degree in a totally unrelated subject matter (not sure where that paperwork is either as it was over 20 years ago!).
Not sure if i should make the time and effort to apply if it will automatically get rejected because i haven't included this proof.Any ideas what I should do? (BTW i am British).
Many thanks in advance for your help.

Have applied for 4 positions with LB, including Ads Assessor, and have never had to do this. You just fill in an online application form and attach a CV. I assume they consider you managing to do this, along with any qualifications you list, as suitable proof. :)
