Hi
Hope you are all well. I have got 10 months left on my dmp. By the time I have finished I will have paid for just under 7 years with a debt just short of £80.000. My husband has a ccj which is due to fall off in July but we will still have a balance does anybody know if they can obtain another ccj likewise the same scenario with a default can they obtain another one.
Thank you for any advice
