My OH has asked me to place a query on the forum on his behalf as he isn't a member so here goes.......
On May 13th he applied for a Vanquis CC in order to start building up his file. He was given the message that they would contact him in 10-14 days and asked him to sign the electronic CCA they had emailed, although this didn't guarantee he had been accepted...
well it's now the 3rd June and he's heard diddly squat. He won't call them as he doesn't want to pay their extortionate call costs. Any idea how he can get an answer from them (without ringing)?
