Re-using a discount that was refunded

Hi
Just need some advice, or help. My SO opened up a very.co.uk account on the basis that with her first £60 spend, she received £25 discount. She purchased a dress but when it arrived, it was a horrible fit and the material was dreadful. She sent it back and received a refund. Now this is where my question lies, is she entitled to the voucher code seeing that she sent the item back and therefore never benefited from the code?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

IMO no, she is not entitled to anything.
It is up to the retailer whether they give out voucher codes and discounts, there is nothing in the law to say they have to.
Also, very offers always say "off your first order" not "off your first purchase which you keep".0 -
I thought that might have been the case! Nevermind, thanks for the input!0
