Where to get a drawdown Mortgage from

Silly question but does anyone know where/who gives drawdown mortgages?
I want to see if i am eligbile to get one as I just talked to my current mortgage provider and they dont do them
(I want to buy a run down place and improve it - possibly knock it down and re build)

Are you taking about stage payments for a renovation?
In which case, you'll need a renovation specialist lender, probably best via a broker.I am a mortgage broker.
