Shape wear

Is there any shape wear on the market that is easy to wear. Have a nice dress to wear and have a bit of a giggly tummy. Have bought a couple of items of shape wear and they seem to be made of industrial elastic and I find very difficult to get on and off. Heavens forbid that I need the toilet. I would just like the spare tyre to be less noticable and am realistic enough to know that it will not dissapear. I bought an body shaper slip dress that has a brief type fastening to stop it rolling up and an all in one and neither seems to be comfortable to wear for a day. Spoken to friends who tell me that the high waisted briefs tend to roll down and that would add to the spare tyre.
Any recommendations appreciated.

I second your query. I have tummy issues also. I hear Spanx is good bit there are many versions of this and not sure which the best one to flatten the stomach is without causing issues elsewhere or being impractical.0

The problem is anything elastic which is tight enough to pull in the tummy will be hard to get over the hips. My first thought is that a corset wouldn't have these problems and I see there are more modern versions available which zip or button up

I have the shapewear with cups, and they're okay, but I prefer the ones where you wear your own bra, as I think they fit much better. I wouldn't worry about going to the toilet and trying to re-fasten; just move the material to the side! I have the ones from M&S, and here's one to look at. http://www.marksandspencer.com/firm-control-sheer-and-opaque-wear-your-own-bra-no-vpl-body/p/p22232498
For any others, just search Shapewear.0 -
Hi, I have the Spanx slim congito which clips to your bra so no rolls! I wear it with everything and its the best £70 i've spent!0

i bought myself a set of Emelia shapewear off ebay was around £15 for a set of 5 pieces. i did buy a size above what i usually wear ie i bought XL (16-18) when i am a 12-14
its not tight to get on but just smooths out the lumps and bumps and i dont have VPL etc. one of the pieces is open underneath so u can easily go lol

I find the shape wear vests to stay in place better than something that can roll down
I have bought from Primark and M&S and both are ok.
Would depend on the neckline of your dress if suitable but there may be something that would do0 -
Bit late coming to this, but I'm used Primark's shape wear before and find it really good! I have a really big bum, so I sometimes wear the shorts just to get my bum in a size 10 dress. Without them I almost need a size up
