Your outgoings need to be reduced or something needs to go until you can afford it.

I know its hard but it has to be done.
We had to go without a lot and I really stripped everything back and to be honest now we are in a better place we STILL continue to live without all the things that we HAD to stop!

    Good luck.

    Your main options are:
    1) increase your income
    2) decrease your outgoings - the main areas are non-essential bills such as hobbies, days out and sky.
    3) Some sort of payment plan/arrangement. It might be worth talking to one of the debt charities such as Stepchange, although I don't know how much Stepchange would allow for child related activities.

Also if you do decide to do a payment plan/debt management plan (dmp) with stepchange or payplan or national debtline/CAB etc do make sure your budget is realistic and includes money for clothes, haircuts etc as you will need to live on whatever budget you come up with.

Can you break down your 'savings' a bit? You say they are used for other stuff like haircuts etc rather than saving savings, so the money doesn't stay in the bank for very long. What have you spent them on over the last few months for example, and how much on each thing? There may be ways to cut back here as over £200 a month seems a lot on 'stuff'. :)
