What is a hand roll? They are seaweed (nori) cones filled with rice and a choice of fillings. Here is a link to the menu, the handrolls can be found in the sushi section: http://www.yosushi.com/food/menu#cat_3_6

If you have the o2 app, you could combine this with the free soup or tea on there.

How big is it? Can't really tell from the menu, it looks kind of small but the MSE email says it's worth £4.30! Just wondering if it's filling enough to eat on its own or you'd end up having to buy something else while you're there. I know that might sound silly but I'm not really interested if I have to pay for something else! I tried to get one to take away when I was passing but they said it was eat-in only.

I get the impression that nothing from Yo SUshi is enough on its own, you would need 2-3 for a meal I guess. I was thinking about trying to get the free one to take-out as I'v enot tried sushi much before and want to give it another go. But if its not available for take out then will give it a miss. Doesn't say anything about eat in only on the voucher though....
