LouFace - uninstall/delete Amazon Cloud and then download and re-install it from the Amazon website.

I had problems with Amazon Cloud when I upgraded to Mavericks - it kept telling me there was no hard drive space even though i had 500GB spare! Deleting and re-installing fixed the problem.

How odd. Are you running version 10.9.3? Have you tried downloading the Cloud Player? That's what you need to download music from Amazon.

Yep 10.9.3. It's cloud player that won't install.
