Need advice on how I can get my name off my ex wifes mortgage?

My ex wife and I divorced 1 year ago.
I agreed that my ex wife and children could stay in the formal marital home.
We agreed to a 60/40 split on the equitity in the house but this would only be released once 1 of 4 possible triggers were activated.
I am now expecting another child with my new partner. And we would like to buy our own house but cannot because my name is still on the old mortgage.
MY ex was going through a remortgage process in the hope she could get the mortgage transfered into her sole name. However this was declined because she had a 4k overdraft on her account. I have asked if she can borrow this money from family as this means she would get the mortgage in her own name and I will be off the mortgage. She wont do this. Is there anything I can do to get my name off the mortgage?

Therein lies your answer. I therefore suspect the answer is no. As I assume that the triggers were set within the legally binding financial consent order of your divorce.
