Hi
My partner just started a permanent job last week and eventually would like to get a mortgage. How long does he need to be in the job before we can start looking at houses? He has three months probation period then will receive his permanent contract
We are in south west wales and will be looking for a mortgage advisor if anyone has any recommendations thanks

It will depend on the lender.
Some would accept now, others wouldnt.
